Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Kit
At the limits of the turbocharger? Want to make sure a head gasket is not in your near future? Now you can be 100% confident or be ready to make changes now that you can log the pressure in the turbocharger exhaust system with this kit.
Stainless weld bung is installed on the exhaust manifold collector or turbine housing where you then install the provided stainless tubing to the pressure damper chamber you have mounted. Install the sensor in the chamber and route the wiring to the plug and play expansion connector and enable in the ECU!
Included in the Kit:
- Stainless Steel 150PSI Sensor OR 7 Bar MAP Sensor - Use a map sensor to see vacuum readings.
- Stainless Steel Weld On Bung
- Stainless Steel Tubing and Double Compression Fittings (Optional Tubing bender to aid in clean bends of tubing)
- TIG Welded Stainless Damper Chamber (Welded tab for mounting is included)
- Labeled Motorsports Grade Harness - Milspec Tefzel Wiring - Terminated ready to install into expansion connector.

- FULL COLOR Installation wire routing and connector instructions
- ECU Data to easily setup the new sensor
Wiring Options:
-Standard install routes damper tank near driver's side of USDM vehicle. Harness will reach ~24" from OEM ECU Location, allowing coverage of driver's side engine bay sensor location.
-Long Reach Harness extends harness length to 72", allowing you to route around the front of the engine bay to the passenger side if desired to route tubing and sensor to that side.
